Free Plan

Access to basic text styling features without requiring an account. No text saving capabilities.

Premium Plan (Future)

Registered accounts with text saving, exclusive styles, templates, and ad-free experience.

5.1 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through paid subscription plans (monthly or annual). Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store your payment card information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
• All fees are in EUR (or USD) and are non-refundable except as required by law

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• You will be charged the then-current subscription fee
• We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time after cancellation

5.4 Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a full refund. After 14 days, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend your Premium features until payment is successfully processed. Repeated failed payments may result in subscription cancellation.

Prohibited Content

• Create, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities

Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

7.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logo, and documentation, is owned by TextRich and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the text content you create using our Service. By saving text to your account, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your saved texts in your account
• Process your content to provide the Service
• Create backups for data integrity

We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

7.3 Unicode Standards

The Unicode transformations we provide are based on public Unicode standards. Styled text output is not subject to copyright protection.

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXTRICH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Third-party content or actions

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

10.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. EU consumers retain all mandatory rights under consumer protection laws.

Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to Premium features ends immediately. We will retain billing records as required by law but will delete other personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation.

Terms Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email (for registered users) or prominent website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TextRich.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor or affiliate.

Language

These Terms are provided in English. In case of conflict between translations, the English version prevails.
